Despite the aching familiarity of this story, (Havn't we been here before?), the dialogue is well done, along with character names and locales. The slow conversion leads to a satisfying ending. And personally, after reading "The Reluctant Whore" I'll never look at the headlights of an old Edsel in quite the same way again. (8/10)

        - Doggone, Faibhar, I'm sorry the plot was so familiar. Perhaps I should have had her in a Roman Arena instead of a nightclub. Glad you read it, anyway.

In general this one is well written with more than enough heat to satisfy most readers on this site. The plot is nothing to write home about, but I did enjoy the ending. The author has previously produced a very consistent body of work and I am very happy to see that he has picked up where he left off about a year ago. (7/10)

        - Thanks, lex, for what I sensed was a complement. Granted, the plot has been used before; as has my women in prison motif. Perhaps you have a suggested plot I could expand upon?
