This is the Strangelove story from which I like the content the least. But don't let that fool you, because, it says more about me than about what's written here.
I like to read. No story or book I ever read was perfect. Some were close. And a lot of them had passages that went through a scala of feelings, from me going 'mmm' over a slight cringe, to making my scrotum shrivel, pardon the expression.
But still, I kept on reading. Because the writers were good.
That's why I kept on reading "Unchaining Alex".
A curiosity about this here story is, that the male, Alex, is used like a female would in a M/F story.
It's like the story was written as such, meaning M/F, but that the sexes and names were switched after the story was finished.
Anyway, this short was again very well written.
Dorothy Strangelove has hopes of one day becoming an accomplished writer.
I wonder why.
Because that day came from the moment she started writing.
Someone better inform her.

- Thanks for such a great review, the reason I wrote this is because I wated to challenge myself to writing a story that was about a totally dominant woman who could recognise the need in her lover to be dominated, and in doing so, to free him from the chains of secret desires that he longed to explore but had never explored, it was a challenge for me to write this because she is so harshly, totally dominant and this goes against my true nature so I had to go very deep to create her, in that sense she was taking on the 'master' role more than the dominatrix she is portrayed, also I wanted to show that some men do like to as submissive as Alex and in denying it (as men often do deny their emotions) they create their own chains, and in that respect, her bondage freed him from his.
That's about it, really, the purpose of this plot was to stretch my writing, and I'm pleased to have succeeded.
