Same style as "A Gift For Samantha", which I read earlier.
Again, well done, as it's not that obvious to paint a clear picture simply through dialogue. But it works fabulously.

This story resembles a play you can hear on the radio. We would like to know what happened between the girl and the neighbour though. (10/10)

Bravo, the dialog says it all. Consider a director's cut with the scene in the bedroom between the neighbor and the delectable sister. Some of us would like to 'hear what was said' during that 3 hours (in fastforward of course). (10/10)
