While the pacing could be improved and there are grammar mistakes, I really liked this story. You have a lot of imagination and interesting ideas. I really hope you continue this perverse tale and write more stories with forced humiliating surgeries, as those are my favorites kinks.
The only real improvement I could recomend would be taking more time to describe what is happening to the charactors. Some parts of the story aren't fully developed or the pacing moves around too much.
But don't let that discourage you and thanks for the story! (7/10)
