This story set in ancient times pits the evil Soporanus against the nubile Katana. It is meant only for those for whom extreme fiction is desired. Part Two will shortly follow. |

I still enjoy Faibhar's work - I just like the historic background and his tough heroines. However, to improve on his work, the author should really pay more attention tothe often clumsy and sometimes grammatically incorrect sentence structure. A good example is the very long sentence: "Despite the humiliating defeat and followed by hours spent kneeling ... as her bondage held." This sentence is better divided into at least two, something like: "The humiliating defeat and long hours kneeling failed to break Katana's courage & stamina. The fallen warrior fought her bindings, frustrated once more as the bondage held, and panted in the baking sun." (7/10)

        - Thank you again for your generous review and your enjoyment of the piece presents a double reward. As for the grammar, all one can say is that it is constantly a work in progress and that every attempt is made to use grammar the goodest, er, bestus...
I think I need a editor! Anyway, your review and comments are appreciated.
